EPA RRP Lead Paint Rule

As of April 22, 2010, any contractor “performing renovation, repair and painting that disturbs lead-based paint in homes built before 1978 must be certified and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.”

M.A. Restoration’s team has completed the EPA-accredited Certified Renovator course and we are currently putting steps in place and changing our processes to ensure all requirements are met when renovating homes built prior to 1978.

What does this mean for you, our customer if you have a pre-1978 home? A lead-safe environment where dust is reduced and contained during the renovation and the job site is carefully cleaned and debris is properly disposed of.
